Common questions

Is my document uploaded?

Partly, and this tool is the exception to Covertora's usual rule. The file is read in your browser, but the text it contains is sent to our server to be translated and requires you to be signed in. Do not use it for material you cannot share.

What do I get back?

A .docx you can edit in a word processor, with headings preserved — not a flat image or a read-only preview.

Can it translate a scanned PDF?

No. A scan holds pictures of words rather than text, so there is nothing to translate. Run it through the Image to Text (OCR) tool first.
